In fairness, not only did Abby play--- but Isabelle played coach pitch softball. And, she was actually pretty good at it- in the first picture she was playing pitcher and had just thrown the ball home to get the runner out, and in the second she is leading off first base! Run, Isabelle, run!! She loved playing, and was a great hitter, catcher, runner, fielder, and especially slider! She loves to slide into home and actually knows when to do it too... too funny!! And at the last game, she even caught a fly ball (we won't mention that it surprised her so much, she actually dropped it- Oops!) But who cares, both girls had fun and that's what it's really all about- isn't it??

So funny, to think of her dropping the ball from surprise from doing something right. Good teaching from the coach, I guess, wait who was that again? Little kid sports are just the best thing in the world to watch.

I won't tell her when she's older that her mom called me a few times, when she was supposed to be watching her darling child play softball, because she was bored!

belle sounds like a good player. and i approve of her number (8 was my water polo number when i wasn't playing goalie).
